Artmaking By Nature, family workshop

A two-day workshop. While roaming the beautiful woods of the Woodstock School of Art, in Woodstock, NY, students will be invited to bond and connect with the land through an exploration mixing art and science. Participants will learn to source natural elements for the fabrication of art materials, and will begin practicing with these materials for art making. They will be empowered with a unique set of skills and an exploratory mindset to benefit their own art making process.

Friday Forest Crafts (age 7-11)

An outdoor/indoor afterschool class — Friday's 3:45-5:30 pm

Fee: $190 materials and supplies included

Location: Woodstock, NYSpend time outdoors to gather natural elements; unleash your creativity using these materials! Techniques inspired by ancient crafts and science will awaken children’s creative minds and reinforce their connection with nature. This is a hybrid outdoor/indoor class, with activities occurring indoors after sunset or by inclement weather.   (no class on Oct 22 and Nov 26)
